Seth is a Co-Founder of KWSP. He is also the Founding Partner of Kaplowitz Strachan, a law firm designed specifically for the unique needs of entrepreneurs and creatives. Prior to founding Kaplowitz Strachan, Seth was the legal and operational director of an international private equity firm based in South Africa. His extensive background in private equity informs the way he advises his clients, and is the foundation for his belief that choice is a creative professional's most important asset and maintaining said choice is of critical importance. Prior to private equity, Seth worked in private legal practice in the United States in corporate law and litigation. Seth received his BA from Emerson and his JD from Syracuse University. He lives in New York City.

Natalie is a Co-Founder of KWSP. She was most recently a Partner of Adams Day Collective LLC, a general management consultancy serving Founder-led consumer businesses. Earlier in her career Natalie founded and ran an apparel business, and prior thereto she was an executive in the software industry. Natalie received her BA from Colgate University and her MBA from UVA's Darden School of Business. She lives in New York City.
Jake Heddaeus was most recently VP of Marketing at The Expert, the design platform co-founded by Jake Arnold. He joined pre-launch and stayed through acquisition. He built both sides of the business: a design services arm with a roster of 150+ top interior designers and an e-commerce marketplace carrying premium vendors like Rose Tarlow, Nickey Kehoe, and Lawson-Fenning. It capped a decade-plus career that included leading growth for a direct-to-consumer accessories brand founded by Suki Waterhouse and advising digital strategy for founder-led businesses across fashion and design. He lives in Los Angeles.
Mary Kate manages client relationships and supports business development at KWSP. Before joining KWSP, she was a consultant in Teneo's Strategy & Communications practice, on the stakeholder research & analytics team, where she ran end-to-end perception research for executives and advised them on strategy roadmaps. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Art History from Washington and Lee University, and has also studied at NYSID. She lives in New York City.
Mira leads recruitment and client pipeline management at KWSP. Previously, as the Operations Manager at Annie Downing Interiors, she built the team and systems that powered the studio's growth. She has an insider's view of what growing creative businesses truly need, how to hire well and maintain momentum. Mira studied Fashion Merchandising at the Fashion Institute of Technology and holds a BA in Fashion Business from Columbia College Chicago. She lives in Austin, Texas.
Morgan leads accounting and financial planning at KWSP. She was most recently an Accounting Manager at ZipRecruiter and was part of the team that took the company public in 2021. Between accounting roles, she studied interior design at NYSID, earned her design certificate, and worked as a Senior Project Manager at Ryan Korban Interiors, giving her unique insight into the intersection of accounting and creative practice. Morgan received a BS in Accounting and a BBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. She lives in New York City.
